Prices: All prices are quoted per vehicle, not per passenger (vehicles displayed are examples).
Reservations: You can reserve a taxi online up to 6 hours from the time of booking. If you are making a last minute booking, it is best to call us to confirm.
Free flight monitoring: We take your flight number and monitor the arrival of your flight so that we pick you up from the airport according to the specified timings. You need to specify the pickup time in accordance with the scheduled arrival times of your flight. Our driver will wait for your arrival at the airport information desk with the sign board of your name.
Waiting Time: When you book an airport pick up, we give you 30 minutes free waiting time from the landing time of your flight to clear customs and for collecting your luggage. No additional charges if your flight is delayed. We work to scheduled flight timings. We charge £ 0.35 per minute for extra waiting time.
Seasonal Charges: During the Christmas period we charge a 50% surcharge (Dates: Dec 24th, Dec 25th, Dec 26th, Dec 31st, Jan 1st). All other Bank holidays are charged at normal rates.
Car Parking Fee: When you book an airport or seaport transfer, for every pick up from the airport or seaport a car parking fee (£ 8) is included in the total journey price.
Baby Seats: Each child must be included in the total number of passengers. For a child younger than 48 months a baby seat must be booked (for each baby seat we charge additional £ 6). This means that if you are eg. 3 adults and 1 child younger than 48 months, you must state 4 passengers and 1 baby seat.
Luggage: Pushchairs (strollers) or wheelchairs count as one piece of luggage. If you carry either one pair of skis or a snowboard, you need to book an MPV (just select 5 pieces of luggage on the drop-down menu). If you carry either of the following: more than one pair of skis, more than one snowboard, a surfing board or bicycle, you need to book an 8 seater (just select 8 pieces of luggage on the drop-down menu).
